Scheme of the Examination for Management Trainee (Telecom Operations) –
The Examination will be conducted in Two Phase
Phase – I On-line Assessment Process (multiple choice objective types)
Phase – II Document Verification, Group Discussion and Interview.

BSNL Management Trainee (Telecom Operations) Exam Pattern –
I. Management Aptitude – 150 Marks
II. Cognitive Ability – 150 Marks
III. Technical knowledge – 150 Marks
Total – 450 Marks    3 Hours
Negative marks shall be awarded for every wrong answer. 25% marks shall be deducted for every wrong answer.
