All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhubaneswar (AIIMS Bhubaneswar), formerly Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose All India Institute of Medical Sciences, is a medical college and medical research public university located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The Institute operates autonomously under the aegis of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Bhubaneswar) has released notification for filling up 108 vacancies for the post of Faculty.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar Selection Process will be based on Interview.

Professor – Pay scale Rs. 37,400/- to 67,000/- + AGP 10,500 (6th CPC)
Additional Professor – Pay scale Rs. 37,400 to 67,000 + AGP 9,500 (6th CPC)
Associate Professor – Pay scale Rs. 37,400 to 67,000 + AGP 9,000 (6th CPC)

Eligibility : –
Professor –
Medical Candidates : –
(i) A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. AND/OR M.Ch. for surgical super-specialities and D.M. for Medical Super-specialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized Course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
(ii) Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Non-medical Candidates :-
(i) A postgraduate qualification e.g. a Master degree in the discipline/allied subject.
(ii) A Doctorate degree of a recognized University in concerned discipline.
(iii) Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/ subject concerned after obtaining the Doctorate degree.
Additional Professor –
Medical Candidates :-
(i) A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. AND/OR M.Ch. for surgical super-specialities and D.M. for Medical Super-specialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized Course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
(ii) Ten years of teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Non-medical Candidates :-

Assistant Professor –
Medical Candidates :-
(i) A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. AND/OR M.Ch. for surgical super-specialities and D.M. for Medical Super-specialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized Course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
(ii) Three years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Non-medical Candidates :-
(i) A postgraduate qualification e.g. a Master degree in the discipline/allied subject.
(ii) A Doctorate degree of a recognized University in concerned discipline.
