Assam Agricultural University (AAU) is an agricultural education state university which was established in 1969 in Jorhat in the state of Assam, India. The jurisdiction of the University extends to the entire State of Assam with regard to teaching, research and extension education in the field of agriculture and allied sciences.

Assam Agricultural University (AAU) has released notification for filling up 157 vacancies for the post of Agricultural Development Officer, AAE & JE Posts.

Assam Agricultural University Vacancy Details : –

• Agricultural Development Officer (ADO) – 109 Posts
• Asstt. Agricultural Engineer – 09 Posts
• Junior Engineer (JE) – 39 Posts

Assam Agricultural University (AAU) Selection Process will be based on OMR based multiple choice type test & Personal Interview.

Eligibility : –

• Agricultural Development Officer (ADO) – Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture from any recognized University.
• Asstt. Agricultural Engineer – Degree in Agricultural /Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from any recognized University.
• Junior Engineer (JE) – 3 Years diploma in Agriculture/Civil/Mechanical Engineering from any recognized Institute/University. For more details Read Official Notification.
