Central Glass and Ceramic Research Institute (CGCRI) is a Kolkata based National research institute under Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, India. Established in 1950 it focuses on the area of glass, ceramics, mica, refractories etc.

Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute (CGCRI) has released notification for filling up 70 vacancies for the post of Technician and Technical Assistant.

CGCRI Selection Process will be based on Trade Test & Written Exam.

• Technician – Pay scale Rs. 19,900/- to 63,200/- Level – 02
• Technical Assistant – Pay scale Rs. 35,400/- to 1,12,400/- Level – 06 (Read Official Notification)

Eligibility : –

• Technician – SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI in relevant Trade.
• Technical Assistant – 3 years Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline and 2 years Experience. For more details Read Official Notification.
