• Manager Marketing (sales) – 01 Post
• Junior Manager Marketing (Sales) – 04 Posts
• Company Secretary cum SAO – 01 Post
• Chartered Accountant-cum-Senior Account Officer – 01 Post
• Information Technology Advisor – 01 Post
• Manager Operation (IT) – 01 Post

HAICL Selection Process will be based on interview.

Eligibility : –

• Manager (Category and Procurement expert) – MBA in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent post-graduation in Supply Chain/Logistics, food processing, plant operations.
• Junior Manager (Procurement) – MBA in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent post-graduation /graduation in Supply Chain/Logistics, food processing, plant operations.
• Manager Marketing (sales) & Junior Manager Marketing (Sales) – MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing, and knowledge of Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services.
• Company Secretary cum SAO – Post Graduate degree in master of Commerce with specialization in finance and degree from any University/Institute and Company Secretaries from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Chartered Accountant-cum-Senior Account Officer – Post-Graduation/Graduation degree in Bachelor of Commerce with Specialization in Direct/Indirect taxes and degree of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
• Information Technology Advisor – Graduate degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Sciences or I.T from any university or institute of India or abroad.
• Manager Operation (IT) – Post-Graduation in CS/IT/B.Tech/BE in CS/IT from any recognized university or institute of India or abroad. For more details Read Official Notification.
