Jamia Hamdard is an institute of higher education deemed to be university located in New Delhi, India. It is a government-funded university. Established in 1989, was formally inaugurated by the then Prime Minister of India Shri Rajiv Gandhi on August 1, 1989.

Salary : –

• Assistant Professor – Pay scale Rs. 30,000/- Per Month.
• Director – Pay scale Rs. 65,000/- Per Month. (Read Official Notification)

Eligibility : –

• Director – Master degree (M.Tech/M.Sc) with 55% marks in Food Technology subject from an Indian University OR Ph.D in related discipline preferably with 10 years experience in Industry.
• Assistant Professor – Master degree (M.Tech/M.Sc)) with 55% marks in Food Technology subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. For more details Read Official Notification.
