Physical Endurance Test (PET) for JK Police Constable Vacancy : –
Long Race (For Male) – 1600 meters in 6 and 30 Minutes (six minutes thirty seconds).
Push ups (For Male) – 20 (one cycle of up and down to be counted as one)
Long Race (For Female) – 1000 meters in six minutes thirty seconds 6 1/2.
