Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is a service recruiting board constituted by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir that conducts examinations to various departmental services or non gazetted posts in Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The board has been constituted in exercise of powers conferred by Provision of Section 124 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir in accordance with Section 15 of J&K Civil Services Decentralisation and Recruitment Act 2010.

Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released notification for filling up 462 vacancies for the post of Junior Engineer, Horticulture Technician, Junior Assistant & Various Posts.

• Junior Engineer(Civil) – 163 Posts
• Horticulture Technician Grade-IV – 198 Posts
• Junior Stenographer – 03 Posts
• Junior Assistant – 20 Posts
• Sericulture Assistant – 17 Posts
• Field Assistant – 23 Posts
• Seed Examiner – 23 Posts
• Driver – 15 Posts

JKSSB Selection Process will be based on Written Test.

Eligibility : –

• Junior Engineer(Civil) – 03 Years Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Degree in Civil Engineering,
• Horticulture Technician Grade-IV – 10+2 with one year Basic Horticulture Training passed.
• Junior Stenographer – Graduate from recognized University, having minimum speed of 65 words per minute in shorthand and 35 words per minute in typing.
• Junior Assistant – Graduate from recognized University having minimum speed of 35 words per minute in typing.
• Sericulture Assistant – Graduate in Natural Science from a recognized University and Post Graduate Diploma in Sericulture (PGDS) from CSB.
• Field Assistant – B.Sc. in Natural Science.
• Seed Examiner – Graduate with Science and Junior Sericulture Course (JSC).
• Driver – Matric OR 10 +2 Pass and Having Valid HGV /PSV endorsed Driving License. For more details Read Official Notification.
