LICHFL Selection Process will be based on Online Examination and Interview.

• Assistant – Graduate in any discipline with 55% marks from recognized University.
• Assistant Manager – Graduate in any discipline with 60% marks from recognized University OR Post-graduate in any discipline. For more details Read Official Notification.
