MIDHANI Selection Process will be based on Education Qualification, Experience, written test & trade Test.

Eligibility : –

• Junior Assistant – Graduation with certificate course in PC Operation from reputed / recognized institution (or) degree having Computer operation as one of the subject is essential and Minimum 2 years post qualification.
• Senior Operative Trainee – B.Sc. or Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline and Should have minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Walking/Roller Furnace Operator – Diploma in Engineering (Metallurgy / Mechanical) with 4 years post qualification experience.
• Junior Security Inspectors – Graduate (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc) with minimum 2 years’ experience in Security functions.
• Junior Operative Trainee – SSC and ITI in relevant Trade with 2 years post qualification experience.
• Crane Operator – SSC pass with minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience.
• Ladle Man – SSC pass with minimum 4 years relevant post qualification experience.
• Operator Hydraulic Press – SSC pass with minimum 4 years post qualification experience OR SSC and ITI in any technical trade with minimum 2 years post qualification experience.
• Charger Operator – SSC pass with minimum 2 years’ relevant post qualification experience.
• Refractory Mason – SSC pass with minimum 5 years’ experience in refractory work. For more details Read Official Notification.
