National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC Limited) is an Indian Hydropower generation company that was incorporated in the year 1975 with an authorised capital of Rs. 2000 million and with an objective to plan, promote and organise an integrated and efficient development of hydroelectric power in all aspects. Later on NHPC expanded its objects to include other sources of energy like Solar, Geothermal, Tidal, Wind etc.

National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC Limited) has released notification for filling up 69 vacancies for the post of Trainee Engineer (TE) & Trainee Officer (TO).

NHPC Limited Vacancy Details : –

• Trainee Engineer (Civil) – 29 Posts
• Trainee Engineer (Mechanical) – 20 Posts
• Trainee Engineer (Electrical) – 04 Posts
• Trainee Officer (Finance) – 12 Posts
• Trainee Officer (Company Secretary) – 02 Post

NHPC Limited Selection Process will be based on GATE-2021 Score & Interview.

Eligibility : –

• Trainee Engineer (Civil) – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Civil Discipline.
• Trainee Engineer (Mechanical) – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Mechanical Discipline from recognized Indian University/Institute.
• Trainee Engineer (Electrical) – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Electrical Discipline from recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE.
• Trainee Officer (Finance) – CA/ICWA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or CMA from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (formerly known as Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India).
• Trainee Officer (Company Secretary) – Candidates passed in Company Secretary qualification with Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). For more details Read Official Notification.
