National Institute of Technology Nagaland (NIT Nagaland) is a higher education technology institute located at Chümoukedima, Nagaland in Nagaland, India. It is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technology in India. NIT Nagaland was set up by the Government of India in 2009, as part of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan (2007–2012) for imparting technical education in the state of Nagaland.

National Institute of Technology (NIT Nagaland) has released notification for filling up 10 vacancies for the post of Junior Assistant, Assistant Registrar, Superintendent & Various Post.

NIT Nagaland Selection Process will be based on written test & interview.

Eligibility : –

• Assistant Registrar – Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade in CGPA/UGC point scale with good academic record from a recognized university/institute.
• Students Activity & Sports (SAS) Officer – Master’s degree in physical education or master’s degree in sports science or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks.
• Executive Engineer – BE/B.Tech in civil engineering/electrical engineering with first class or its equivalent grade in the CGPA/UGC in 7 point scale with good academic record from a recognized university/institute.
• Superintendent – Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized university Or institute in any discipline Or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade and knowledge of computer applications word processing, spread sheet etc.
• Stenographer – Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with minimum typing speed in short hand 80 w.p.m. in Stenographer and proficiency in computer word processing and spread sheet with advance skills.
• Junior Assistant – Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer word processing and spread sheet and proficiency in other computer skills, stenography skills.
• Technician – Senior secondary (10+2) with science from a government recognized board with at least 60% marks and Senior secondary (10+2) from a government recognized board with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of 01 year or higher duration in appropriate trade and Secondary 10th with at least 60% marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in appropriate trade Or Diploma in engineering of 03 years duration in the relevant field from a government recognized polytechnic/institute.
• Office Attendant/Lab Attendant – Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board. For more details Read Official Notification.
