Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) is India’s premier nuclear research facility headquartered in Trombay, Mumbai, Maharashtra. BARC is a multi-disciplinary research centre with extensive infrastructure for advanced research and development covering the entire spectrum of nuclear science, engineering and related areas.

Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has released notification for filling up 89 vacancies for the post of Work Assistant, Stenographer & Driver.

BARC Vacancy Details : –

• Work Assistant – A – 72 Posts
• Stenographer (GRADE-III) – 06 Posts
• Driver – 11 Posts

BARC Selection Process will be based on Preliminary Test & Advanced Test for Work Assistant.

Salary : –

• Work Assistant – A – Pay scale Rs. 18,000/- Level-1
• Stenographer (GRADE-III) – Pay scale Rs. 25,500/- Level-4
• Driver – Pay scale Rs. 19,900/- Level-2 (Read Official Notification)

Eligibility : –
Stenographer –

• Matriculation (10th Std.) or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks
• Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography
• Typing speed in English of 30 words per minute.

Driver –

• Ass in 10th standard (SSC).
• Possession of a valid driving licence to drive light and heavy vehicles.
• Knowledge of motor mechanism and the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles.
• Consolidated experience in driving a light vehicle and heavy vehicle for at least 3 years. For more details Read Official Notification.

Age Limit : – Minimum & Maximum age limit is 18 to 27 years As on 31/07/2022. (Read Official Notification)
