Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a recruitment body that was started with an aim to encourage the recruitment and placement of young graduates in public sector banks in India (except SBI). It also provides standardized systems for assessment and result processing services to organizations.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released notification for the post of Research Associate & Various Posts.

IBPS Selection Process : –

• Assistant Professor – Group Exercises, Presentation Exercise and Personal Interview.
• Faculty Research Associate and Research Associate – Online Exam, Item writing Exercise, Group Exercises and Personal Interview.
• Hindi Officer – Online Exam, Skill test, Item Writing Exercise and Personal Interview.
• IT Engineer (Data Centre) and IT Database Administrator, Software Developer and Tester (Frontend, Backend) – Online Exam, Skill test and Personal Interview.

• Assistant Professor – Pay scale Rs. 1,01,500/- Per Month.
• Faculty Research Associate – Pay scale Rs. 57,700/- Per Month.
• Research Associate – Pay scale Rs. 44,900/- Per Month.
• Hindi Officer – Pay scale Rs. 44,900/- Per Month.
• IT Engineer (Data Centre) – Pay scale Rs. 44,900/- Per Month.
• IT Database Administrator – Pay scale Rs. 35,400/- Per Month.
• Software Developer and Tester (Frontend, Backend) – Pay scale Rs. 35,400/- Per Month. (Read Official Notification)

Eligibility : –

• Assistant Professor – A PHD or equivalent degree in Statistics with at least 55% marks in Post-graduation.
• Faculty Research Associate – PHD or equivalent degree in any of the following discipline with at least 55% marks in Post graduation, Industrial Psychology/ Organisational Psychology/Educational Measurement/Psychological Measurement/ Psychometrics/HR.
• Research Associate – Post-Graduation in Psychology/Education/Psychological Measurement/Psychometrics/Management (Specialization in HR) with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities/Institutes.
• Hindi Officer – Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a major or elective subject at Graduation.
• IT Engineer (Data Centre) – B.E./B.Tech Degree, preferably in Computer science/IT from a recognized Institution/University is essential.
• IT Database Administrator – B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.SC (IT)/M.SC (Computer.Sc.) from a recognised University / Institute.
• Software Developer and Tester (Frontend, Backend) – B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.SC (IT)/M.SC (Computer.Sc.) from a recognised University/Institute. For more details Read Official Notification.
