National Green Tribunal (India) had been set up under National Green Tribunal Act as a statutory body in year 2010 to deal with environmental cases and speedy implementation of decisions relating to it. India is the third country in the world – after Australia and New Zealand – to set up such a body to deal with environmental cases.

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has released notification for filling up 27 vacancies for the post of Assistant (Judicial), Stenographer, Hindi Translator, Librarian & Staff Car Driver Posts.

NGT Vacancy Details : –

• Assistant (Judicial) – 06 Posts
• Stenographer Grade-I – 04 Posts
• Hindi Translator – 01 Posts
• Librarian – 02 Posts
• Stenographer Grade-II – 09 Posts
• Staff Car Driver – 05 Posts

NGT Selection Process will be based on Written Exam, Skill Test (if required for a post), Document Verification & Medical Examination.

Eligibility : –

• Assistant (Judicial) – Bachelor Degree in Law and 6 month Computer Training Course.
• Steno Grade-I – Bachelor Degree with Steno Knowledge and 6 month Computer Training Course.
• Hindi Translator – Master Degree and Diploma or Certificate Course in Translation work or 2 years Experience.
• Librarian – Bachelor Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science.
• Steno Grade-II – 12th Pass and Knowledge of Steno.
• Staff Car Driver – 10th Pass with LMV Driving License and 3 years Experience. For more details Read Official Notification.

Age Limit : – Minimum & Maximum age limit is 18 to 32 years As on 25/07/2022. (Read Official Notification)
