Space Applications Centre (SAC) is an institution of research in Ahmedabad under the aegis of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). It is one of the major centres of ISRO that is engaged in the research, development and demonstration of applications of space technology in the field of telecommunications, remote sensing, meteorology and satellite navigation (Sat Nav). This includes research and development of on-board systems, ground systems and end user equipment hardware and software.

Space Applications Centre (SAC) has released notification for filling up 55 vacancies for the post of Technical Assistant, Technician B & Scientist / Engineer.

SAC Vacancy Details : –

• Scientist / Engineer – 21 Posts
• Technical Assistant – 06 Posts
• Technician ‘B’ – 28 Posts

SAC Selection Process will be based on Written Test / Skill Test.

Salary : –

• Scientist / Engineer – Pay scale Rs. 56,100/- to 1,77,500/-
• Technical Assistant – Pay scale Rs. 44,900/- to 1,42,400/-
• Technician ‘B’ – Pay scale Rs. 21,700/- to 69,100/- (Read Official Notification)

Eligibility : –

• Scientist / Engineer – M.E./M.Tech. in relevant Subject with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a ten scale.
• Technical Assistant – Diploma in relevant trade in FIRST CLASS from recognized Institution/Board /University.
• Technician ‘B’ – Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Class) + ITI/NTC/NAC in relevant trade. For more details Read Official Notification.
