West Central Railway (WCR), one of the 16 zones of the Indian Railways, came into existence on 1 April 2003. It is headquartered at Jabalpur. On 1 April 2003, the West Central Railway was reconstituted from the Jabalpur and Bhopal divisions of the Central Railway zone (CR) and the reorganized Kota of the Western Railway zone (WR).

West Central Railway (WCR) has released notification for filling up 2226 vacancies for the post of Apprentice.

West Central Railway Division Wise Vacancy Details : –

• Divisional Railway Manager Office, Jabalpur Division – 570 Posts
• Divisional Railway Manager Office, Bhopal Division – 648 Posts
• Divisional Railway Manager Office, Kota Division – 663 Posts
• Wagon Repair Shop Office, Kota Workshop – 160 Posts
• Carraige Repair Wagon Shop Office, Bhopal Workshop – 165 Posts
• WCR/HQ/Jabalpur – 20 Posts

West Central Railway (WCR) Selection Process will be based on marks obtained by the candidates in both Matriculation and ITI examination.
