Himachal Pradesh State Co-operative Bank was done in August, 1953, under the Co-operative Society Act, 1912 the bank started functioning on 15th March 1954.At that time, the State of Himachal Pradesh used to be the Union Territory and there were only 6 districts in the State. The bank started functioning as an Apex bank as well as Central financing agency under 2-tier system in 6 districts of the State.

Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Ltd. (HPSCB) has released notification for filling up 149 vacancies for the post of Jr. Clerk & Steno-Typist.

HPSCB Selection Process will be based on Preliminary Online Exam and Phase-II Online Main Examination.

Eligibility : –

• Junior Clerk – 10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above of a recognized University.
• Steno-Typist – 10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above of a recognized University with shorthand with a speed of 80 words per minute in English and 70 words per minute in Hindi and type writing examination with a speed of 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
