SJVN is now a listed Company having shareholders pattern of 63.79 % with Govt. of India, 26.85% with Govt. of Himachal Pradesh and rest of 9.37 % with Public. The present paid up capital and authorized capital of SJVN are Rs. 3,929.80 Crore and Rs. 7,000 Crore respectively. The present Net Worth is Rs.10,694.71 Crore.

• Junior Field Officer (Human Resource) – Pay scale Rs. 45,000/- Per Month.

Eligibility : –

• Field Officer (HR) – Graduate with two years full time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Personnel/HR.
• Field Officer (F& A) – CA/ICWA-CMA/Two years full time MBA with specialization in Finance.
• Junior Field Engineer (Civil) – Full time Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Junior Field Engineer (Electrical) – Full time Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Junior Field Engineer (Mechanical) – Full Time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Junior Field Officer (HR) – Graduate with one/two-year Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / Social Works/ Labor Welfare/ Business Management/ Office Management/ Public Administration.
• Junior Field Officer (F&A) – Inter-CA or Inter-CMA (Simple Pass) or full time M.Com
• Junior Field Officer (Official Language) – Full time Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a main subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level. For more details Read Official Notification.
