Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), is an Indian state-owned electric utilities company headquartered in Gurugram, India. POWERGRID transmits about 50% of the total power generated in India on its transmission network. Its former subsidiary company, Power System Operation Corporation Limited (POSOCO) handles power management for National Grid and all state transmission utilities. POWERGRID also operates a telecom business under the name POWERTEL.

Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) has released notification for filling up 1110 vacancies for the post of ITI Apprentices, Diploma Apprentices & Graduate Apprentices.

PGCIL Selection Process will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification.

Salary : –

• ITI Apprentice – Pay scale Rs. 11,000/- Per Month.
• Diploma Apprentices – Pay scale Rs. 12,000/- Per Month.
• Graduate Apprentices – Pay scale Rs. 15,000/- Per Month.
• HR Executive – Pay scale Rs. 15,000/- Per Month. (Read Official Notification)

Eligibility : –

• ITI Apprentice – ITI in Electrical (Full Time Course).
• Diploma Apprentice – Full Time (3 years course) – Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering.
• Graduate Apprentice – Full Time (4 years course) – B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg.) in Civil/ Electrical/Electronics / Telecommunication/Computer Science Engineering / Information Technology.
• HR Executive – MBA (HR) / MSW / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (2 years full time Course). For more details Read Official Notification.
