West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (WBSETCL) was set up in 2007 following the unbundling of the state electricity board of West Bengal. With a share of 4 percent each in the total intrastate transformer capacity, WBSETCL is the eleventh largest of the 23 state transmission utilities in the country. It is responsible for power transmission across the state at the 400 kV, 220 kV, 132 kV and 66 kV Voltage levels. The company also manages the state load dispatch center, which monitors and controls the grid operations.

West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (WBSETCL) has released notification for filling up 414 vacancies for the post of Junior Executive (Stores) & Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr.-II.

WBSETCL Vacancy Details : –

• Junior Executive (Stores) – 14 Posts
• Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr.-II – 400 Posts

WBSETCL Selection Process will be based on Computer Based Test and Personal Interview.

Eligibility : –

• Junior Executive (Stores) – Graduate in any discipline from a university recognized by UGC with PG Degree / Diploma in Logistics OR Materials Management OR Logistics & Materials Management OR Supply Chain Management OR Supply Chain Management & Logistics OR PGDBM.
• JE (Electrical) – Passed full time 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute/College. For more details Read Official Notification.
