Calcutta High Court is one of the three High Courts in India established at the Presidency Towns by Letters patent granted by Her Majesty Queen Victoria, bearing date 26 June 1862, and is the oldest High Court in India. It was established as the High Court of Judicature at Fort William on 1 July 1862 under the High Courts Act, 1861, which was preceded by the Supreme Court of Judicature at Fort William.

Calcutta High Court has released notification for filling up 159 vacancies for the post of Data Entry Operator, System Analyst & Various Posts.

Calcutta High Court Vacancy Details : –

• Data Entry Operator – 153 Posts
• System Analyst (Programming) – 03 Posts
• Senior Programmer – 01 Post
• System Manager – 02 Post

Calcutta High Court Selection Process will be based on Examination & Viva-voce/Interview.

• System Analyst (Programming) – Pay scale Rs. 56,100/- to 1,44,300/-
• Senior Programmer – Pay scale Rs. 67,300/- to 1,73,200/-

Eligibility : –

• Data Entry Operator – Must have passed Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent from a Government recognized Council or Board or Institution and Must have passed one-year Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institution and Must possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour.
• System Analyst (Programming) – Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from a recognized University or its equivalent qualification.
• Senior Programmer – Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from a recognized University or its equivalent qualification.
• System Manager – Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from a recognized University or its equivalent qualification. For more details Read Official Notification.
