HPPSC Recruitment 2021 – Apply Online for Assistant Engineer Post

Himachal Pradesh attained statehood on 25th January, 1971. Prior to this date, the function of Public Service Commission in respect of the civil services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union Territory of Himachal Pradesh were being discharged by the Union Public Service Commission under Article 315 of the Constitution of India. It was, therefore, incumbent on the State to have its own Public Service Commission.

Himachal Pradesh Public Service commission (HPPSC) has released notification for filling up 06 vacancies for the post of Assistant Engineer (Executive Trainee).

HPPSC Selection Process will be based on Screening test/Preliminary Exam & Personality Test.

Eligibility : – Full Time Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline/ M. Tech. (Mechanical)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Hydro Power Plant Engineering from a recognized University / Institute of India with least 55%marks in case of SC/ST/ Internal (HPPCL) candidates and 60% Marks in case of other categories.
