Indian Navy is the naval branch of the Indian Armed Forces. The President of India is the Supreme Commander of the Indian Navy. The Chief of Naval Staff, a four-star Admiral, commands the navy.

Indian Navy has released notification for filling up 33 vacancies for the post of Musician Sailors (Matric Recruit).

Indian Navy Selection Process will be based on Music Test, subject to qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in Medical Examinations.

• Candidate must have passed 10th (Matriculation) Examination from the Boards of School Education recognized by MHRD, Govt. of India
• Candidates performing Hindustani or Carnatic Classical music on Wind Instruments will require a musical experience certificate from any recognized musical Institute or organization of repute. For more details Read Official Notification.
