IREL (India) Limited (Formally Indian Rare Earths Limited) is a government-owned corporation Mini-Ratna Category A, Schedule B Company, in India based in Mumbai. It was incorporated as a public limited company in 1950, jointly owned by the Government of India and Government of Travancore, Kochi with the primary intention of taking up commercial scale processing of Monazite. Government of India took control of IREL in 1963 under the administrative control of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE).

IREL Selection Process will be based on Written Test [First Level Test], Skill Test / Trade Test / Computer Proficiency Test and Psychometric Test.

Eligibility : –
- Graduate Trainee (Finance) – CA intermediate or CMA intermediate/ Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Indian University with 50% marks in aggregate for SC candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for others.
- Graduate Trainee (HR) – Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Indian University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
- Diploma Trainee (Technical) – 3 years Diploma in Mining / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for others.
- Junior Supervisor (Rajbhasha) – Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level Or Master’s degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
- Personal Secretary – Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level with Typing speed of 40 wpm in English and Stenographic skills.
- Tradesman Trainee (ITI) – Candidates Must have passed SSC or equivalent Examination with ITI / NAC with two years experience in the relevant Trade/ Discipline OR SSC or equivalent Examination with ITI/NAC in Attendant Operator (chemical Plant) or 12th Science (Intermediate/Higher Secondary) with Chemistry as one of the subjects.
