Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC) is a research and development unit of the Department of Atomic Energy. The VECC is located in Kolkata, India and performs research in basic and applied nuclear sciences and development of the latest nuclear particle accelerators. It has a collaboration with the European Organization for Nuclear Research.

Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC) has released notification for filling up 12 vacancies for the post of Work Assistant, Driver & Various Posts.

VECC Selection Process will be based on Written Test & Skill Test/Interview.

Salary : –

• Work Assistant / A – Pay scale Rs. 18,000/- Level-1
• Canteen Attendant – Pay scale Rs. 18,000/- Level-1
• Female Nurse ‘A’ – Pay scale Rs. 44,900/- Level-7
• Sub-Officer ‘B’ – Pay scale Rs. 35,400/- Level-6
• Driver (OG) – Pay scale Rs. 19,200/- Level-2 (Read Official Notification)

Eligibility : –

• Work Assistant – Class 10th High School Passed from Any Recognized Board.
• Canteen Attendant – Class 10th High School Passed from Any Recognized Board.
• Female Nurse ‘A’ – HSC/XII Standard and Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years course) + Valid Registration as ‘A’ Grade Nurse from Central/State Nursing Council in India OR B.SC (Nursing).
• Sub-Officer ‘B’ – HSC (10+2) (Science with Chemistry) or equivalent with 50% marks + Passed Sub-Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur and 12 years (5 years as Leading Fireman) experience.
• Driver (OG) – Class 10th High School Passed with LMV / HMV Driving License 3 years Experience. For more details Read Official Notification.

Age Limit : – Minimum & Maximum age limit is 18 to 40 years As on 20/05/2021. (Read Official Notification)
