Punjab State Cooperative Bank was established on 31st August, 1949 at Shimla vide registration No. 720 is a principle financing institution of the cooperative movement in Punjab. In 1951 its Head Office was shifted to Jalandhar from where it moved in 1963 to Chandigarh. In the cooperative Banking structure, the position of the Punjab State Cooperative Bank is extremely important as the whole credit system revolves around it.

Punjab State Cooperative Bank Limited (PSCB) has released notification for filling up 856 vacancies for the post of Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator, Manager, Senior Manager, Information Technology Officer, Steno-Typists & Various Posts.

Punjab State Cooperative Bank Vacancy Details : –

• Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator (CDEO) – 739 Posts
• Steno-Typists – 10 Posts
• Manager – 60 Posts
• Senior Manager – 40 Posts
• Information Technology Officer – 07 Posts

PSCB Selection Process will be based on Written Exam.

Salary : –

• Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator (CDEO) – Pay scale Rs. 19,900/- Per Month.
• Steno-Typists – Pay scale Rs. 21,700/- Per Month.
• Manager – Pay scale Rs. 29,200/- Per Month.
• Senior Manager – Pay scale Rs. 35,400/- Per Month.
• Information Technology Officer – Pay scale Rs. 25,500/- Per Month. (Read Official Notification)

Eligibility : –

• Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator – Graduation (2nd Division) (any stream) OR Post Graduation pass (any stream) and Diploma/ Certificate (Minimum 6 months) in Computer and Should have passed Punjabi Language examination of Matriculation standard.
• Steno-Typists – Graduation (2nd Division) (any stream) OR Post Graduation pass (any stream) and Diploma/ Certificate (Minimum 6 months) in Computer and Punjabi and English Short hand speed @ 80 w.p.m. and transcription @ 20 w.p.m. and and Should have passed Punjabi Language examination of Matriculation standard.
• Manager – Post Graduate with 50% Marks from any recognized University OR MFC / MBA 50% Marks from any recognized University. OR Chartered Accountant OR Graduate with 55% Marks from any recognized University. OR Graduate with 50% Marks from any recognized University and CAIIB (Both Parts).
• Senior Manager – Post Graduate with 50% Marks from any recognized University OR MFC / MBA 50% Marks from any recognized University. OR Chartered Accountant OR Graduate with 55% Marks from any recognized University. OR Graduate with 50% Marks from any recognized University and CAIIB (Both Parts) and Relevant Experience.
• Information Technology Officer – MCA/M.Sc. Information Technology from any recognized University. OR B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. Engineering degree from a recognized University in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering. For more details Read Official Notification.
